This chair is for my mom's 80th birthday. I searched far and wide for a recliner that did not look like a recliner but a contemporary chair to match her stylish living room. I then found the Amada chair. It has all of the appearance of a chair and non of a recliner. Our first delivery was a disappointment, not for the chair but the delivery. The chair came with a cracked front leg. We were devastated. We contacted customer service and they helped us through the process for a replacement chair. A week or so later we received the replacement chair and it was perfect!. We now fight for the chair whenever we watch TV together! I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the delivery issue. Looks amazing in our family room. We bought two of these, and they look so chic in our living room. They are firm, so if you're looking for these to "sink in" these will not do that.
