I did a lot of research on different birch, lighted trees and settled on these. I was amazed at how fast they came. Easy to set up very good quality easy to bend the branches anyway you want them to go. Unlike the description, they are all plugged in they are not battery powered that is exactly what I wanted plug-in. It's fairly easy to assemble, and just remember to take your time. There are 3 parts to the tree, one tree stand, and then the power cord. The branches are hinged and initially wrapped tightly with a strand of garland. After unpacking and untwisting the garland holding the branches, you can gently lower each branch into place. The powercord is rather thin, so I will wrap a protective tube covering around the cord to deter my pets. There is an instruction booklet to help with connecting the cord throughout the tree pieces too. I went with the 7-foot tree, and it will be the tallest in my Christmas tree grove. OK, I’m a designer by trade and a real estate agent. I tried to cancel this tree because I said to myself do I really need a $350 Christmas tree and I was too late to cancel it then I said to myself OK I’ll just take it out of the box and see if I want to keep it. If not, I’ll send it back. It is the most beautiful tree. It looks real. My daughter came in and said that looks real. it’s better than my fake tree. I wish I had that tree. I am so thankful that I kept it. It is amazing. You will not be disappointed in any way shape or form of this tree. It has enough spaces that you can put all your favorite ornaments and they’re going to be seen. It is a pretty amazing tree. It needs to be "fluffed" a good bit but when done - and dressed - it looks amazing. I bought the tree sight-unseen, and was dubious. But it turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for - REALISTIC outside branches with great details while the internal branches and "fill" are not so detailed but perfectly fine and creates a wonderful nest for bigger ornaments. We have not fully seen the tree in all it's glory as we ordered it after Christmas on a discount to replace the tree we had. We did pull it out of the box and plugged in the parts to be sure that all the lights were working and package it back up until next year.
