The only complaint that I have is that one of the corners of the leaf sticks up higher than the dining table and does not sit flush. This issue makes the seam very noticeable. This table is awesome! Very sturdy and therefore heavy. The leaf was very easy for me to install by myself (but it is heavy even on its own). It could comfortably seat eight people with the leaf in place. The color is spot on with the pictures shown so I am very pleased. My only issue with is that I bought it for my tasting room and after running a tasting on it the drops from the wine didn’t come up easily. I had to scrub a little with a damp cloth. Spills, especially dark liquids need to be wiped up immediately or they start to permeate the table. For reference the informal tasting with friends took a little over an hour, and we were able to get the marks out, but not without some effort. I agree with others that it is slightly higher and sort of forces you to have really good posture. Compared to my previous table, it is about 3/4 inch higher. The color is a neutral brown and not very warm so it's not the greatest match to my chairs but I guess I will get new ones, but different can be good. You can comfortably sit 6 with people on the ends, maybe 8. One set of bolts was difficult to screw in and I stripped the heads so hopefully I never have to take this apart! I was hesitant to purchase this set due to so many negative reviews, but I am happy with my decision to go ahead and get it! I think it’s great quality for the price. I was able to get the white glove delivery for free and they got it all put together very quickly and in my opinion, it’s done well. The wait time for delivery was very reasonable as well! My only complaints at this time are that the texture of the wood makes it a little difficult to maintain - I have a photo where some fabric caught on the grain - and it is kind of annoying how you can’t just push the chairs on each end straight in due to the structure of the table legs (have to pick them up and set them over the “ledge” connecting the legs of the table). Peabody is a trestle-style rectangular dining table constructed from solid mango wood in a natural finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Suki 84 inch medium brown rectangular oak dining table by Mercana. It was delivered in two boxes on large pallets. Both boxes were very heavy. The table came in four pieces. Assembly was not difficult, but required two people due to the weight of the product. The table is very solid and sturdy. The finish is a nice color that can match many different options. The table top does have texture and grooves which may cause issues for families that have small children that have messy meals. I have been able to wipe up small spills and crumbs without very much getting stuck or left behind. Another thing to note is that our dog is no longer able to lay under the table like he used to due to the cross beam near the floor. This may be an issue for others too.
