This is a beautiful & high quality desk. There is a tiny scuff on the top of one of the legs, but it is barely noticeable. It’s a good length for such a slim depth (usually a slim desk is much narrower). Cons: The top is a sheet of metal and it does that buckling thing if you push on it. This desk is not suited for heavy computers or printers. The drawers are metal and aren’t on runners so they drag. Attractiveness 5 stars. Functionality 0 stars. Drawers are sticky, thus the round pulls are worthless for getting the drawers open. File cabinet hardware is set for legal sized folders. There could have been a simple solution, a small slit in the metal hanging devices that would accommodate letter sized folders, but no - very poor design. Also, the file drawers only open about 1/2 way, so files in the back are hidden. And, the drawer guides are extremely poor given the weight of the drawers. Save your money, as this desk was expensive! Keep looking and try other sites rather than Josh and Main! Also, the matching book case finally came with one of the doors broken.
