One chair was missing the threading for the chair arms, but customer service quickly sent me a new set. They are heavy, not worried about them being blown over & appear to be weather tolerant. We chose the Vineyard chairs over some of the other styles because of the higher back, were taller and I wanted to have some ease to the chairs.
