I recently purchased an artificial Christmas tree from Joss & Main, and the experience has been nothing short of delightful. From the lightning-fast shipping to the hassle-free setup, every aspect of this purchase exceeded my expectations. To begin with, the shipping was remarkably prompt; in fact, my tree arrived a full two days earlier than anticipated. This unexpected early delivery added an extra touch of holiday joy to the entire experience. Setting up the tree was an absolute breeze. Gone are the days of wrestling with tangled strings of lights or spending precious time adjusting branches. The artificial tree from Joss & Main came with lights pre-installed, eliminating any fuss associated with decorating. This thoughtful feature made the setup process not only effortless but also a truly enjoyable part of our holiday preparations. Having always been accustomed to the charm of real Christmas trees, my family and I were initially hesitant to make the switch to an artificial one. However, this tree has completely won us over. Its lifelike appearance rivals that of a real tree, and the added bonus is that we no longer have to deal with the annual challenges of cutting the end, securing it in a stand, and constant watering. The aesthetic appeal of our new artificial tree is truly impressive. It captures the essence of a real Christmas tree without the mess and maintenance. The branches are full and lush, creating a festive centerpiece for our home that we can enjoy throughout the holiday season. Not only does this tree bring instant holiday cheer, but it also offers the promise of longevity. We're looking forward to using it for years to come, making it a sustainable and cost-effective choice for our Christmas celebrations.. Anonymous. Wed Nov 29 2023

OK, I’m a designer by trade and a real estate agent. I tried to cancel this tree because I said to myself do I really need a $350 Christmas tree and I was too late to cancel it then I said to myself OK I’ll just take it out of the box and see if I want to keep it. If not, I’ll send it back. It is the most beautiful tree. It looks real. My daughter came in and said that looks real. it’s better than my fake tree. I wish I had that tree. I am so thankful that I kept it. It is amazing. You will not be disappointed in any way shape or form of this tree. It has enough spaces that you can put all your favorite ornaments and they’re going to be seen. I kept the white lights on and then put regular Christmas lights in between and all my ornaments you need to buy this tree and I never write reviews, but this tree deserves one.. Karen. Carlsbad, CA. Love this tree! I really debated and just hoped it would be ok. The lights are perfect - just the right amount. And 12 feet was the perfect size while the circumference is great - not too wide so it fit perfectly against our back wall without being intrusive. It was easy to put together, is full enough as I like that is gave me room for the decorations. I hope it lasts a long time because I really love it. We greatly enjoyed it over the holidays and all our guests commented on how fantastic it was.. Diane. Cary, NC. Tue Apr 19 2022
