These bar-height stools are lovely. They are the correct proportion for a bar table (in contrast to counter-height) and the proportions are great. They were somewhat annoying to put together, and there are some staples in the roping that are unsightly - I think I'll pull them out when I get the chance and find the correct implement for the job, as they don't look like they are needed to keep the material in place. They don't quite push under my bar table due to the width of the table's pedestal base, and I wish I had thought about getting something wider to slide around the pedestal (if that's even possible to find). The main drawback I have experienced is that the material is not super comfortable especially if you are wearing shorts, and I have found marks on my legs from it. The package arrived a little later than originally suggested. Overall, I think these stools are a pretty good deal, as they were significantly less expensive than the bar stools with leather padded seats that I wanted from another store.. Erin. CA. It’s actually perfect for the space. We just had these built-ins installed and I didn’t want an expensive desk chair since we don’t use the space for long periods of time. Love these! We just purchased a 70’s ranch, and seller had done a driftwood/Grey floor that we aren’t fond of. Found some decorators online who suggested balancing with jute rugs and cognac leather. These did the trick! We have a lot of work to do on the kitchen, and lighting in the house - it’s stinks to say the least (in both brightness and style of fixtures!) and as of today they’re the only furniture in the house- so don’t judge by my pic! Haha! These arrived quicker than stated, packed so incredibly well, and they’re just as pictured. I can’t wait to see the leather patina over time, and that’s why I went with these vs the many many lesser expensive pleather ones available online. Love them! So comfy to sit in too! The metal chaises are beautiful. However, we ordered them because we were having a Housewarming party, and needed to ensure enough seating. We ordered these stools because they were the only ones that would be delivered in the timeframe we needed. However, the stools were not delivered in the timeframe described on the website, and arrived as though the boxes had been thrown around numerous times. We attempted to reach out about the issue but were unable to get ahold of anyone that could help.
