Light is gorgeous - HOWEVER, when we went to install the light, there are integral missing parts, the decorative caps and the mounting bracket & screws are missing from the box. Very frustrating. We already contacted customer service because the description states that light bulbs are included, but when we noticed they were missing, we were told they were not included. Okay, it didn't make sense that the bulbs would be included, but the description should not state that they are. Now we are missing actual parts that should've been included. Hoping they make it right. Considering the cost of this light, I don't think we should be expected to install it with a makeshift mounting bracket but especially not with random decorative screws.
