4 1/2 hours to put together!!!! The color ‘white’ on the website is more of a beige and the fabric looks almost linen-y. The hydraulic works well and there’s a ton of storage. Note that the base in the bed is not that sturdy and you won’t be able to put anything heavy in it. You absolutely will need 2 people to put this together. The bed sits much higher than what is shown in the photo. This bed does not sit like a lower profile/platform bed. The actual quality of the bed is great but the description was misleading.. The instructions are easy to follow, and all tools and parts are included. The chair has a deeper and lower seat, which makes it especially comfortable to curl up in. The weather isn't great here right now so I set it up inside temporarily, and it actually looks nice enough to use indoors. The wood and fabric seem pretty durable, although I'd still be cautious with the light fabric. Spectacular daybed! I bought this daybed to go at the foot of my bed like a massive bench. It did not disappoint! Assembled was straight forward. Just attach the legs if want it to sit up about an inch higher. Then slide the armrests in the corresponding metal grooves on both sides and you're done!
