The first one that was delivered came damaged. I contacted customer service. They were prompt and delivered a new one within 2 days which came in perfect condition. I chose this vanity specifically because it was square and would fit directly into the available space we had. The counters are square to the base with no overhang. The vanity is exactly what I expected. I will say the “soft close” drawers are definitely not that. They are a bit rough to open/close. But not a deal breaker. We did not like the handles, so we replaced them with handles we liked better. If you choose to do this, be aware that there are two holes on the cabinet doors that are a very weird size.
