Really well packaged item. Purchased the brass fixture (x3) to combine into one staggered 3-light fixture with a larger canopy (purchased separately). We utilized the different length bars from combined packages to reach desired length for each pendant. The fluted line detail on the fixture was very important to my design idea, which is why we combined these particular pendant lights as opposed to buy something mass-produced. Light is gorgeous - HOWEVER, when we went to install the light, there are integral missing parts, the decorative caps and the mounting bracket & screws are missing from the box. Very frustrating. We already contacted customer service because the description states that light bulbs are included, but when we noticed they were missing, we were told they were not included. Okay, it didn't make sense that the bulbs would be included, but the description should not state that they are. Now we are missing actual parts that should've been included. Hoping they make it right. Considering the cost of this light, I don't think we should be expected to install it with a makeshift mounting bracket but especially not with random decorative screws. UPDATE: Contacted J & M - they overnighted the mounting bracket and decorative screws. When the light is installed, will add photos. Thank you for quickly resolving the missing parts.. Lisa. MI. These really gave my all-white kitchen the WOW factor I was looking for! Large enough to make an impact but not overwhelming. The gold detail is beautiful - not too brassy- just right. They look great on and off. Bright enough for detailed cooking tasks but dim to a gorgeous glow that I just love in the late evening.
