Really well packaged item. Purchased the brass fixture (x3) to combine into one staggered 3-light fixture with a larger canopy (purchased separately). This is a beautiful light and seems very well made and was easy to install. It comes with several extra pieces of different lengths so you can adjust it to the height you want. We have 9’ ceilings in the kitchen area and used 2 12” pieces on each side for a 24” drop from the ceiling. There were still 2 more 12” pieces and 2 6” pieces left over. There were also two options for how to attach the poles to the canopy. We chose a more firm attachment but there was also a single link chain option. Light is gorgeous - HOWEVER, when we went to install the light, there are integral missing parts, the decorative caps and the mounting bracket & screws are missing from the box. Very frustrating. We already contacted customer service because the description states that light bulbs are included, but when we noticed they were missing, we were told they were not included. Okay, it didn't make sense that the bulbs would be included, but the description should not state that they are. Now we are missing actual parts that should've been included. Hoping they make it right. Considering the cost of this light, I don't think we should be expected to install it with a makeshift mounting bracket but especially not with random decorative screws.
