One chair was missing the threading for the chair arms, but customer service quickly sent me a new set. They are heavy, not worried about them being blown over & appear to be weather tolerant. The instructions are easy to follow, and all tools and parts are included. The chair has a deeper and lower seat, which makes it especially comfortable to curl up in. The weather isn't great here right now so I set it up inside temporarily, and it actually looks nice enough to use indoors. The wood and fabric seem pretty durable, although I'd still be cautious with the light fabric.
