Really tells how good a company is when a mistake is made and how they handle it. Outdoor furniture was not complete when it arrived. Called customer service and was given the customer service for Wayfair to handle. Made the call and took the information. Got a follow up from Joss and Main I told them I had not heard back. They jumped in and took over the situation and immediately shipped out what was needed. Very happy that they followed up for what looked like a slip in communication. Thank you for going above and beyond.. Mary. Whitefish, MT. Sun Jul 19 2026

Easy setup, unboxing was the most tedious part of the process. The furniture is labeled as gray but honestly, it’s more of a brownish gray, which I prefer anyway. I took off a star because the shipping and tracking made me crazy. Some of the boxes didn’t track and it was hard to keep up with the tracking as I wanted to be present when they arrived. They ended up arriving on the same day and being dumped in the middle of my driveway.. Alexandra. Timonium, MD. Thu Jul 02 2026
