Easy setup, unboxing was the most tedious part of the process. The furniture is labeled as gray but honestly, it’s more of a brownish gray, which I prefer anyway. Nice looking outdoor patio sofa. Cushions are thick and comfortable, firm but not hard. We had the white glove delivery so the delivery guys assembled it. I gave 4 stars because 2 of the screws are stripped on the arm making a gap ( seen in picture) there is no way to tighten. With the cushions on it is not noticeable but it’s wobbly….
