It’s uncouth to be in love with a piece of furniture, but I am. My only complaint would be arranging the plumbing with this piece. Luckily, my father is a retired finishing carpenter. While he needed three attempts and many profane words to get the job done, he was able to arrange the plumbing, remove the plastic U wall inserts and cut out parts of the drawers to make the plumbing work. The gentlemen who delivered our vanities were polite, attentive, and exceptionally careful in moving each vanity. Our delivery notes said “room of choice.” Their instructions said “inside entrance.” Wayfair did not schedule a third person which is a requirement for “room of choice.” However, the two gentlemen delivered every vanity to the chosen rooms. The delivery alerts I received were so confusing, differing dates and times, that I called the week before and talked to three different people, before I spoke with someone who confirmed date/time and “room of choice” delivery method. The delivery truck was packed, the gentlemen had a full day ahead of them, so they arrived shortly after 7am. They deserve recognition and a pay raise. Navy Blue

The color of the vanity is just like the picture. It may even be better in person, however the quality control of the product is to be desired. the first one was damaged and cracked. while i appreciate the manufacturer replacing the vanity, it took more than two weeks to get so be aware if you are doing a renovation of your bathroom to buy weeks ahead of the project starting. The second one came and unfortunately had similar problems, which leads me to think someone is not looking before they package these vanities or they are storing them wrong. I will deal with the bruises on this one and hopefully find some blue paint to hide the imperfections. luckily the problems are close to the top so hopefully when the granite is put on top, no one will notice.. Stunning vanity! Beautiful finish with great attention to detail...nice dovetail and gliding motion with soft closure of drawers and doors. Beautiful wood construction, very heavy and solid. Top quality, high end appearance! This vanity stood out to me because of the deeper double-drawer configuration of the bottom drawers on each side and for the wider drawer in the middle at the bottom. Great storage! Packaging was amazing so this vanity arrived in PERFECT condition! Delivery was earlier than expected and very smooth. I ordered Chilled Gray, which is beautiful, but it is a medium shade of gray and it definitely has a strong blue tint so you need to consider this. I'm changing my countertop and paint selections to adjust to this, but it will work out fine, and maybe even better! One final comment has to be about Joss & Main and their Customer Service online and by phone...they are wonderful! So professional, friendly, and helpful, definitely committed to customer satisfaction. A real pleasure! Enjoyed this shopping experience from start to finish.
