I did a lot of research on different birch, lighted trees and settled on these. I was amazed at how fast they came. Easy to set up very good quality easy to bend the branches anyway you want them to go. Unlike the description, they are all plugged in they are not battery powered that is exactly what I wanted plug-in. I love the coloring of the leaves of this tree! It’s fun that it lights up when you want it – my only hesitation is that the tree base is wrapped in a brown paper and does not look very real at all. I wish it was a more molded plastic tree base, but it will still work in my project. I do like the height of it and the variation between the maroon and pumpkinorange coloring is really pretty if you don’t want to use a typical green tree. OK, I’m a designer by trade and a real estate agent. I tried to cancel this tree because I said to myself do I really need a $350 Christmas tree and I was too late to cancel it then I said to myself OK I’ll just take it out of the box and see if I want to keep it.
