I would buy this tub 10x over! It is beautiful, really big, and customer service was amazing. I had to wait to install because of new tile being put in. When the contractor opened the box the tub was cracked. I called Joss and Main and it was past the 30 days to replace it. I was freaking out, but contacted the manufacturer per customer service to see about a warranty. To my surprise and deep gratitude the company sent a new tub out within a week.
