This bed frame looks exactly like the picture! The description says it is not compatible with an adjustable bed frame. The reviews from others say it is compatible. I bought this hoping my adjustable frame would fit in it and with some modifications, it did! We removed the brackets on the inside headboard and footboard as well as the pieces on the inside of the sides of the frame. That allowed just enough movement for our adjustable frame to move freely.
