4 stars for missing parts - twice. This is a great office chair. We love the look of it and even my 275-lb husband thinks it's comfortable. It rolls smoothly. The color is just as expected. Unfortunately, the chair was missing the handle that you use to make it go up and down. I requested a replacement of the first item, but the second arrived with the exact same defect.
