I can't say enough good things about how well this item was packaged! Typically with big items the box comes damaged and you end up in that annoying situation of needing to return it or get a replacement part. This was pristine and so well packaged. Not to mention that item was exactly as it appeared and It has transformed my closet room. Highly recommend. ClosetMaid always delivers to expectations and SuiteSymphony to JClosetMaid for their conscientious packaging.
