I received the replacement for the broken clock face that I returned. (still in transit?) Much better, only missing the knob on the back that locks the back panel in place. See photos. From packaging, it looks like it was removed before or during transit. Can you send me one to complete my order? Thx. Doug

It is a beautiful clock. However it is was a little too large for my space. I wish I had a spot for it.

I love it! It's really a substantive "art piece" which is what I really wanted out of this clock. And it's quiet - you cannot hear any of the ticking - we have it in the bedroom and no issues at all. Was a bit expensive for a "clock" but once I put it in place - it was worth it for the overall decor it adds.

Looks good on my Mantle. Keeps accurate time.

Great product. It's very quiet and suits the style of my home. The reason I knocked a star off is the period before it was shipped. It was quite a while. The other thing is the wood is much darker than the pictures. I still love it but just be aware of that. Cheers
