My rating is mainly based on service. I ordered this item in stock and was notified a few days later that it was backordered. Then a second email with an extended shipping date. Finally I got a tracking number but a week later the item hadn’t moved. Contacted CS and they supposedly assigned me to a case worker but no one ever contacted me again. Then the item arrived slightly damaged but useable. It’s also produced by a different company as far as I can see and may not even be the item I ordered. The company that produced the one I received is Leslie Dame and no markings indicate Marshall or Charlton Home. I’m not about to return it so I’ll make it work. I doubt I’ll ordering from Wayfair again.

The Tower is wonderful. For those who are considering buying it, be aware you will have to lower the shelves to accommodate your DVD collection. Be sure to include this in determining the fit.
