My rating is mainly based on service. I ordered this item in stock and was notified a few days later that it was backordered. Then a second email with an extended shipping date. Finally I got a tracking number but a week later the item hadn’t moved. Contacted CS and they supposedly assigned me to a case worker but no one ever contacted me again. Then the item arrived slightly damaged but useable. It’s also produced by a different company as far as I can see and may not even be the item I ordered. The company that produced the one I received is Leslie Dame and no markings indicate Marshall or Charlton Home. I’m not about to return it so I’ll make it work. I doubt I’ll ordering from Wayfair again.

Fits all of my DVD's perfectly. Easy to assemble. Takes up very little space. Another great find and purchase from Wayfair!

The Tower is wonderful. For those who are considering buying it, be aware you will have to lower the shelves to accommodate your DVD collection. Be sure to include this in determining the fit.

Great shelf, and easily assembled. Lots of options for shelving spacing. I'm very happy with this item.

Since I only have received half of the product I am unable to say if it is functional or not

Initially planned to build storage shelving in the media room wall to house an extensive collection of CDs and DVDs, but when those plans didn't work out we scrabbled to find a storage unit to house boxes and boxes of movies and music. This unit fit the bill perfectly, without taking up a lot of space. Fits nicely into the closet housing media components and the swivel ability makes for easy access. Very pleased with the quality of the piece.

Love my new multimedia tower. I purchased this item for my craft room to hold my stamps that are stored in dvd cases..works perfectly and takes up little room. I put this together myself in less than 1 1/2 hours. It is very heavy duty and should last a long time.

Great quality, instructions were poor, pictures only, take your time and be patient. Careful cause it is made of pressed board, so you can damage the pieces very easily. There was a little damage as it is not packed very well, but we are satisfied with the finished product. There is a lot of flexability in the arrangement of the shelving, this is awesome when you load in all your different size tapes. We would recommend this item and as usual Wayfair always gives the best service!!!!

Love this tower. Looks and and is very functional in our elementary school library.

The tower was exactly what we were looking for our DVD collection. It is a nice and sturdy piece, the instructions were picture only but other than that we were able to adequately put together in aporox. 2 hours.
