If you are installing a vessel faucet with your vessel sink, you should install the faucet first. Once the faucet is installed, position the sink on the countertop. Then, use the sink mounting ring and hardware to hold and secure the sink to the countertop (make sure someone is helping you!). Lastly, connect the drain from the inside of the sink and then connect the p-trap to the bottom of the drain.

We absolutely love our new vessel sink! We are converting a 1927 sideboard into a vanity, and we wanted a simple white vessel - one that still maintained the look of a sink, not a random bowl sitting on our vanity. This sink does that. We also wanted sides that came straight down making for easier cleaning, and sides that were not too high, yet still had a deep basin. This sink does that - the sides are a bit over 3" tall, but the basin is almost 6" deep at the drain, which is centered in middle. Our's is a small master bathroom, so we wanted a single sink to keep ample counter space. This sink does that - its a nice wide sink, making it easy for us to share and both wash our hands or rinse a toothbrush. We still need to add other details - faucet, mirror, lighting - but we already love the look and functionality this sink provides. 5 Stars all the way...
