KIBI Fusion Faucet with Soap Dispenser

The faucet is nice. It has a good weight to it and the parts are metal, not plastic. Install is well thought out for the faucet, and went as well as it can in a cramped space. The Problem: I ordered and paid for a brand new faucet. I was replacing a faucet I bought at the local hardware store that started leaking internally after two weeks. From Wayfair I received a used and broken faucet with water in it. Since I had already taken out my new/old (leaking in a bucket) faucet when I discovered this, I had no choice but to install it anyway. Wayfair would not address the issue, they referred me to the manufacturer who did eventually send me replacement parts and offered a 15% discount for my hassle. I honestly feel taken advantage of. Kibi was prompt to respond via email, but after 2 weeks of back and forth with clear photos they still insisted they were unsure if my problems were a manufacturing issue or if the faucet was indeed used. Having them insinuate I was lying over $170 faucet was the last straw. The 15% discount was just icing on that insult. That's barely even a sale price... on used goods. There was water in the faucet! The toggle on the spray head was BROKEN. The retaining clip was bent with clear screw marks from the previous install. The inside of the sprayer was FULL of debris (see photo). I would not buy from this manufacturer again. I would have just returned this faucet, but I could not face starting the search over and install for a third time. I already wasted so much time on this. The soap dispenser was a real pain to install because the nut does not have any flanges, but it's still plastic. The other thing I don't like is how narrow the base is. The circle from my old one still shows, and the pre-bored hole in the sink is barely covered.

This faucet looks to be well made and beautiful. Cant wait to have it installed! I’ll post photos when we do!
