Wall Mounted Towel Rack With Storage Shelf And 5 Hooks

Pros: Packing impeccable. Ordered two sets. Cons: HUGE design flaw. Top shelf does not sit level so anything positioned on shelf would "fall back" towards wall. Both sets were like this. Contacted Wayfair; referred to manufacturer..had MULTIPLE EMAILS back and forth with Wayfair and manufacturer... submitted pictures/videos which finally resulted in refund but the return hassle of a product that was obviously defective (X 2!) makes me hesitant to order from Wayfair again. The 3rd photo shows how unlevel shelf is via a level.

Materials and finish were premium, however there is a design issue not noted in the product description.... the rack does not sit level (to the floor)... it tilts up about 20 degrees, which looks terrible and doesn't work for most items that you'd want to place on the shelf. The photos on the product page show the shelf sitting at 90 degrees, so either the photos are incorrect or I received a incorrectly assembled product. Wayfair passed me off to the manufacturer and I'm waiting to see how they handle it. (all I want is to return it and don't wish to pay return shipping since). The attached image shows how the shelf sits up 20 degrees.

Matches the plumbing fixtures beautifully and is very heavy duty. They come in very well padded box’s that are beautiful as well.

Fits perfectly in the bathroom. Seems sturdy enough to hang 5 towels. Wish that it was available in silver or brushed nickel to match the rest of the bathroom.
