We received the Cuisinart Chef's 5.5 qt. Dutch oven the next day after I ordered it! I was so surprised and delighted; I'll have it for my next sourdough bread! It's beautiful and just perfect for baking my bread in an oval, instead of round, shape, better for sandwich slicing! It is, of course, multi-talented, for soups, stews, and other such cooking tasks, but this will be my favorite go-to for my breads!!! The crust comes out perfectly! And the inside, too!
