I did everything literally by the little book in the box. I lightly washed it with scent free eco soap and a very soft sponge. I was using oil. So of course I let that pan heat up for the suggested amount of time that was in the book 90 seconds. I put my oil in. Let it heat up to the desired temperature using the medium heat of my stove. I cooked some chicken. Used sylicone tongs. When I was done I let it cool down completely before wiping the resido off and discarding in the trash. I then washed it again with scent free soap and my soft sponge. I was left with marks and brown marks that wont come off.

Just like with every other thing I ordered from this site... very not impressed with the quality. Pan feels cheap and thin. We will see how long it lasts...
