Horrible. I ordered the chairs in the summer and just received them. Terrible customer support no information or updates. If a real person even reads this you support be embarrassed by your lack of customer service. But like most poorly run companies no one will read this or respond let alone do anything about it. This is probably just another automated customer service support service that you put it because someone in IT was told to do so.

Couldn't use chair because the equipment to recline the chair was not working! Wayfair offered me $35 and then told me to call handyman! Horrible Horrible customer service!!
