One star is for delivery issues. The actual cushions are great, very well made and appear to be high quality. Delivery that was to take a week took 3 weeks and when the shipment arrived, one of the cushions was missing. Called Wayfair to get an update on the delivery delay and they could not provide a reason for delay or update on when the cushions (I ordered 4 sets) would be delivered or a discount on the order for the trouble.
