The chair came heavily dented/damaged all over, the arms were smashed and ripped in many spots exposing the ugly structure/build up way beneath the fabric, and the base holding the chair does not even sit flat on the ground. The box was at my door with the cover not sealed/open, it had dents on the box as well. the damages look like its simply because Babyletto did not package the chair properly for shipping. Sadly I am forced to return it even though i was very much looking forward to use it in our baby room. it is really unacceptable when you pay over $1000 for a chair and it shows up torn, ripped, and the main frame bent.
