All-Clad Ha1 8 and 10 in. Non-Stick Frying Pan Set

The pans look very nice when I got them. However, my brand new LG smooth top black range has scratches that removed the finish. I did not move the pan back-and-forth on the glass I’m always very careful when I use my range that I would’ve noticed. The bottom of these pans have a raised design and writing that’s beveled causing the damage on the Glasstop unit.I don’t even remember barely moving the pan around I sure didn’t slide it back-and-forth. I barely use my range. so soon as I used that pan and pulled it off, tried wiping and wiping thinking maybe it was something that was dirty but it wasn’t. the glass had been damaged. I’m pretty disappointed I know that it’s the design on the bottom of the pan that damaged my range. That is 1000 range. Nothing I can do now. I would like a refund. It did not say in the ad for those pans that it could not be used on a glass top range.

Loved the pans. Such high quality great price. I’ve used several times very satisfied. I don’t have a glass top stove so as to scratching the surface according to other reviews I cannot say.

I haven't gotten to use these a ton just yet, but so far I'm really pleased. I was looking for a highly rated brand nonstick skillet. I was hesitant when I read the reviews stating the pans scratched their stovetops, but I decided to give it a shot. So far the scratching hasn't been an issue for me at all, luckily! The fact that these pans came as a pair definitely swayed me, too. If you have a flat surface cooktop, I'd be mindful of the scratching potential. I only pass that along because so many of the reviews I read mentioned it. Would recommend! Happy cooking! :)
