Castanon Hand-Woven Rug

Maintain the rug by vacuuming with suction onl, spills and stains should be treated by a professional cleaner.

Okay, so I give this five stars because I have been researching a wool type rug for months now and I can safely say I think this one hits the jackpot. Other wool rugs I have read that were the size I needed had negative reviews on color or pilling… even the way it was shipped, which was folded!!! There were no reviews on this and it’s over a thousand so I took a chance. First it caned ROLLED properly long ways.Woo good start! Second it’s I think like 40 percent polyester which I knew that fabric would bring a softness and sheen to the wool contrast… and it does! If you lay on it it’s not as soft as a synthetic but I knew that about wool rugs anyways. The color… other people who bought brown wool rugs said it picks up purple so I was worried about this one. It’s brown! In full light it’s brown, but I think certain lighting it can look purple which it’s fine it’s not that big of deal. If you had a very natural light area this will certainly pick up true brown. When it’s dimmed light it does have. Slight purple tinge but I just think that’s how brown wool rugs are now that I have one. It’s no big deal to me. Overall from other review pictures on brown wool rugs compared to this one… I mean this is exactly what I was looking for. In real life it’s a more deep brown, exactly what I wanted.. Amber. This reversible indoor area rug brings a bold, dynamic foundation to any room in your home. The ribbed fabric comes in a dark gray tone that adds a modern touch to the overall design. Hand-loomed from fade-resistant polypropylene, its 0.2" pile height makes it ideal for high-traffic locations like your living room, entryway, or kitchen. It's also safe to roll out over heated floors. To keep it from slipping and sliding around, we think putting a rug pad underneath is a good idea.

Just received and love it nice quality and is perfect to tie the room together.. Penny. Saint Augustine, FL. Fri Dec 26 2025

This indoor flatweave rug brings traditional charm and warmth to any room in your home. Its muted ivory tone makes it easy to match with your existing design scheme and color palette. Handwoven from a wool and cotton blend, it shows off a close-looping pattern that creates a textured pebble-like appearance. A high-low pile of just under 0.4" gives you lots of cushion underfoot in living rooms, entryways, and dining areas. Roll it out over a rug pad to keep it securely in place.

I’ve had this rug for 2 years. I loved the color and detail which the picture does not due justice to. It also hides any dirt and stains. The blue is also a deep blue and not washed out as the photo shows. It’s in my entrance way and l have 2 shorter ones in the hallway.. Frances. Oceanport, NJ. Mon Oct 12 2026
