These are really sturdy and beautiful chairs, but they get a point off because they are not the most comfortable to sit in. I may need to purchase cushions to make them tolerable.. Michael. Walnut Creek, CA. Sat Aug 23 2025

the chairs arrived and there was not a problem putting them together except for 1 bolt missing and that was easily resolved, thank you. The only other small issue is the back of 1 of the chairs does not have a smooth finish, it is almost like a small surface chip/crack in wood but not worth sending back. your customer service was exceptionally wonderful.. The chairs were purchased for our dining table in a covered lanai in Florida. They were easy to assemble, and substantial enough to look more expensive than they actually cost. Very pleased with the quality and the overall aesthetic.. Karen. Beverly Hills, MI. Wed Oct 07 2026
