Designed to be your everyday go-to, our Chatham collection features GreenPan’s signature healthy coating. For extra resilience, we reinforced it with diamonds so you can simmer, braise, and sear with ease (the best part: each and every piece is metal utensil safe). An ultra-tough hard-anodized aluminum body won’t warp, chip, or scratch no matter how many breakfasts, lunches, and dinners it turns out—and it’s free of PFAS, lead, and cadmium, too. In a versatile size, this Everyday Pan lives up to its name. Drip-free edges for easy pouring riveted handles for a secure grip, and a glass lid for front-row views ensure it’s primed to make picture-perfect stir-fries, braises, and more.

11"/3.5qt Covered Deep Skillet is made of cast iron which has great heat retaining abilities: it's the perfect choice for slow cooking and hearty stews prepared in the oven or on the stovetop. The cover locks in the moisture and small bumps on the interior make sure the evaporated juices are directed onto the food for extra tasty results. Only little oil is needed with this pan: the perfect option for low-fat frying. Wide handles for a safe grip, even when wearing oven mitts or using potholders.

I have the sage green pan and it's lovely! Love the shape, color, design...light weight and easy to use. Got a great deal on it as well. What's not to love?!. Rose. Crofton, MD. Tue Dec 10 2019
