A tree fell on my house 18 months ago and I haven't been able to live in it since. I am now a little closer to moving in and I wanted a beautiful 1/2 bath. When the sink was delivered the builders and crew could not wait to see it. They opened the box before I even go there. EVERYONE commented how beautiful it is and were impressed with the quality of the top. Definitely worth the wait for delivery. I was very impressed also on the communication with the driver and your office the day of delivery. This is the first item I purchased from Joss and Main, have to say I will be shopping here more.. Great vanity, came fully assembled, the only con to that was it required a dolly on wheels to put it on its side to get around some tight corners in my house. The 72” is pretty heavy (~300 lbs)… so I needed some extra hands to help bringing it to the bathroom, but once it’s near the area you want to install it, it’s quite easy to manuever bc the legs allow it to slide in place nicely. As far as the shelves inside the cabinet, I had to cut some areas out to help clear the drain line and P-trap. My water supply lines limited me to my shelf height though, so I had to keep it on the lowest section. But no complaints, we love the vanity!. Khanh. Sun May 31 2026

It’s uncouth to be in love with a piece of furniture, but I am. My only complaint would be arranging the plumbing with this piece. Luckily, my father is a retired finishing carpenter. While he needed three attempts and many profane words to get the job done, he was able to arrange the plumbing, remove the plastic U wall inserts and cut out parts of the drawers to make the plumbing work. Love this vanity!!! Tons of compliments but one annoying feature is it has soft close (love this) but as the door gets closer a strong magnet smalls it shut… kinda defeats the purpose. The slam is quit loud and would wake a sleeping giant. Everything else we love, the door opens fully for full access, drawers are nice and it weighs a ton!!!
