Beautiful wallpaper! If you have textured walls (trowel or orange peel) you'll need to apply a skim coat of drywall mud or joint compound (diluted) first to get a smooth finish. The paper is unpasted, I used Roman Pro-999 primer after the skim coat. Then Roman Pro-880 Ultra Clear Strippable paste and used the Homax Knockdown Knife (with a foam edge) to smooth. The paper was easy to apply following the instructions, but it's definitely a 2-person job. It looks amazing, I've gotten a ton of compliments. Pattern is great! And like other reviews, lining the seams up is very forgiving; you can easily overlap panels to fix uneven edges. Only reason for four and not five stars is that I’ve had some issues immediately with peeling in some areas. Going to remedy with wallpaper glue- just didn’t expect to have to with the pre-stick kind. Blessing and a curse- easy to pull off wall and move, but night not stay air tight everywhere you want..
