The box came damaged and open on 2 sides. The FEDEX driver came to the door to ask if I wanted to keep it or to return it since it was damaged and open. This is a very pretty wreath, I like the bright colors for spring & summer. I ordered 2 for my double front doors. They are sturdy and very well made. The only downside for me, is that they have a very heavy lavender scent, which I don't like. Not a problem since they'll be outside, but something to consider if you plan to hang it inside. Also, shout out to Joss & Main customer service! The original order never arrived at my door; it was delivered to the wrong address.
