OK, I’m a designer by trade and a real estate agent. I tried to cancel this tree because I said to myself do I really need a $350 Christmas tree and I was too late to cancel it then I said to myself OK I’ll just take it out of the box and see if I want to keep it. If not, I’ll send it back. It is the most beautiful tree. It looks real. My daughter came in and said that looks real. it’s better than my fake tree. I wish I had that tree. I am so thankful that I kept it. It is amazing. You will not be disappointed in any way shape or form of this tree. It has enough spaces that you can put all your favorite ornaments and they’re going to be seen. I really like this tree. I’ve owned several high‑quality artificial trees over the years, and I’m very particular about choosing ones that look natural. By the time I hooked all the lights together I had scratches all over my arms & broke out with rashes where I had been scratched up. My tree also( a guess due to the height) had to be plug into the wall receptacle with two different plugs and you can’t plug one plug into the back of the other plug to save room on the wall receptacle. The plugs need to be longer and it would be nice if there was a switch to shut the lights off without having to unplug both plugs from the wall. Other than those improvements needed. It takes a while to fluff up the tree, but the result is worth it! The tree looks durable and high quality, it doesn't have any synthetic odors, it's stable, all the lights are working and it's pretty full. The branches are strong and they don't bend under the weight of heavy ornaments. I got this tree on sale for $410 and it exceeded my expectations for the price. Love this tree! I really debated and just hoped it would be ok. The lights are perfect - just the right amount. And 12 feet was the perfect size while the circumference is great - not too wide so it fit perfectly against our back wall without being intrusive. It was easy to put together, is full enough as I like that is gave me room for the decorations. I hope it lasts a long time because I really love it.
