OK, I’m a designer by trade and a real estate agent. I tried to cancel this tree because I said to myself do I really need a $350 Christmas tree and I was too late to cancel it then I said to myself OK I’ll just take it out of the box and see if I want to keep it. If not, I’ll send it back. It is the most beautiful tree. It looks real. My daughter came in and said that looks real. it’s better than my fake tree. I wish I had that tree. I am so thankful that I kept it. It is amazing. You will not be disappointed in any way shape or form of this tree. It has enough spaces that you can put all your favorite ornaments and they’re going to be seen. I bought this tree after Christmas when my live tree had dumped an inch thick layer of pine needles on the carpet! So over that!! I set it up just to make sure everything was functioning and in tact. This tree is absolutely loaded with fairy lights! It’s perfectly imperfect as far as branch layout which was what I was wanting. I would say that my only disappointment would be that the tips of the tree didn’t look quite as feathery as the picture (I thought it resembled a redwood from the picture but the ends are more of a typical pine needle). Oh well..it’s beautiful regardless especially when lit. I can’t wait until next Christmas so that I can see it fully decorated and in its proper place. It takes a while to fluff up the tree, but the result is worth it! The tree looks durable and high quality, it doesn't have any synthetic odors, it's stable, all the lights are working and it's pretty full. The branches are strong and they don't bend under the weight of heavy ornaments. I got this tree on sale for $410 and it exceeded my expectations for the price. Love the tree. Looks beautiful. Putting the tree together was easy. Trying to figure out the plugs for the lights to work together needs improvement. By the time I hooked all the lights together I had scratches all over my arms & broke out with rashes where I had been scratched up. My tree also( a guess due to the height) had to be plug into the wall receptacle with two different plugs and you can’t plug one plug into the back of the other plug to save room on the wall receptacle. The plugs need to be longer and it would be nice if there was a switch to shut the lights off without having to unplug both plugs from the wall. Other than those improvements needed. Was delivered one week ahead of schedule! So that is a 5 star situation. We just put it up and that was very easy. It has a ton of lights. They are a soft gold white vs incandescent soft white. That took me a minute to adjust but I like it already. We bought this tree because our ornaments need to be hung “in” a tree vs. “on” a tree. This tree will allow for that. But if you are used to a traditional looking tree where you can’t see the poletrunk then this may take you by surprise. For us, this is just the perfect look.
