Tiffany Fir Slim Tree with Clear Lights

This tree is gorgeous! Just FYI it actually ships from national tree company which has terrible customer service. But once you set it up it’s lovely.

The tree looks reasonably nice for a tree in this price range. Of course there are bare spots but I add plenty of ornaments and greenery so that is not an issue. However, there is one huge issue and that is the tree is not well supported. All the poles fit snugly together and the bottom pole solidly in the stand. The problem is that the tree sways and I am not certain it will not fall over. I am going to need to find a way to stabilize it because it is decorated. To me, this is a HUGE flaw. Perhaps the stand is not wide enough and/or the poles are not large enough to handle the 9 ft. tree. It did sway when I put it together but I thought the decorations might weigh it down. Extremely disappointed. If it weren’t already decorated I would send it back. UPDATE REVIEW 12-8-25: As I noted in my review the tree was wobbly and decorated. However, I contacted Joss and Main and they quickly replaced the stand with a wider base stand. While I could not change the stand out because I didn’t want to remove the decorations and then re-decorate, I need to give Joss & Main 5 stars for their quick action to remedy the situation. It was much appreciated. Next year I know the tree will be stable. Thanks!

Fabulous! This is our first new tree in about 10 years, so my fingers were crossed everything would go up easily and the lights would all work well. I left the room while my husband was unpacking it and came back in about 15 minutes to a fully lit and assembled 12' tree!! Shipping was speedy and we are ready for the season! PS, it's important to take the time to fluff the branches after it's all put together since they are compressed for packing, but that's as expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product. Needed a narrower than standard and 9ft tall tree, and I liked this one as it didn't look overly skinny. It also shows this size as darker in color than the shorter sizes, and it is accurate to the pictured shade. I used to buy real trees but did not want to deal with that hassle anymore. I also love that this is pre-lit, it is so much more convenient, only wished it had a color option as well. Comes with the stand and has 4 parts which connect together, and each section has a plug which needs to be connected to the outlet on the previous section. The lower 3 sections have hinged branches which easily fall into place, top piece has branches which need to be folded out and into place. Took a few hours to separate branches nicely and fluff up the tree. It is not as dense as I had expected and you can definitely see through to the wall and center trunk, but I don't mind it. I like having my ornaments not all at the branch edges and I think the decorations will fill in the spaces nicely. The topmost section is a bit denser than the rest. The end of each main branch cluster has 3 softer plastic real-look sets of leaved stems, while the rest are a tinsel type which looks decent because they have some brown tones mixed in at the center/stem. The tinsel is not super sharp or spiky either so I was able to handle the tree and fluffing with my bare hands. Had one light bulb out on the tree, but luckily it doesn't affect the functioning of the rest of the strand at all. The entire tree plugs in at the bottom (no on/off switches), with just standard-on warm white lights and a classic pointed bulb shape. Perfect amount of lights and bright, but not so much as to hurt my eyes as white LEDs do. The tree topper can be plugged into the outlet on third section (around 3ft down). Topmost branch is the soft plastic type and not very stiff, so I placed 2 nearby branches with it- it still isn't sturdy enough for a heavy tree topper but worked with my lightweight one. I was able to manage the setup on my own with a tall ladder. Amount of shed was very minimal. Overall I am happy with this tree and price, and it fits my space well.
