Absolutely the worst quality item I have ever received - the "prelit" was a joke - the lighting strands were just wrapped around the bundled branches, impossible to not attached to the branches as in a normal prelit tree - purchased this to replace our old tree in time for Christmas so bitterly disappointed!!!

I’ve decorated Christmas trees in the past but this one is truly exceptional! When fluffed correctly the core is not visible. Very heavy and well constructed. I was concerned reading about “silver glitter tips” since my decorations are red and gold but it looks like snow and adds a beautiful dimension. My daughter loved hearts and the red hearts are in her memory. Thank you for helping me create such a wonderful tribute!

one, they sent me an entirely wrong tree. it was a basic green version. on top of that, it literally looked like this. and to return it? they charged me $14. absolute hot garbage.
