Very pleased!! Bought at the end if the season last year so I was a bit nervous unboxing. Fluffed up quite nicely with no broken branches or burnt bulbs. Pics are with and without lights.

the tree i ordered looks exactly like the photo, was easy to assemble, and was in great condition when it arrived! the delivery process was also very efficient and done in a timely manner. i will 100% be shopping from joss & main again.

EXCEPTIONAL! After reading the reviews I was a little worried, however, once we received and set it up I am beyond satisfied! Better than I hoped for. This tree is very full and realistic looking. Perfect size and love the soft white lights. Took no time at all to shape branches (fluff). My husband was amazed how wonderful it looks. We would highly recommend this product!

I was a little hesitant to buy a Christmas Tree online without seeing it in person first but after reading the reviews, I went for it. I couldn't be happier with this tree. It's beautiful! I was worried it would be see through and look really fake but it's not, and it looks great! The branches are very sturdy, not flimsy like other trees I've had. They don't bend when you put the ornaments on them so there's no sagging branches, even with heavier ornaments. The flocking is perfect. Not too much, not too little and honestly, very minimal shedding on setup.
