North Valley Spruce Tree with Clear Lights

This is a really nice fake tree for the price. It definitely takes a bit of fluffing to make the tree look full, but if you've got the patience for that, the finished product comes out really nice. The branches are abundant and easy to manipulate for ornaments. It was super easy to assemble too.

BE CAREFUL FOR FUSED LIGHT, my product was delivered on 09/20 and I just put it up and it has fused lights. I reached out to customer service for help and they refused saying too much time has elapsed. Excuse me, it’s been less than 45 days? You would think since I spent over $400 on this tree they would offer more help. Don’t waste your money at Joss & Main and buy directly from the website as they have better customer service to assist their customers.

Surprisingly good quality, I’ve been getting a real Xmas tree for years, and with the price of a 9’-10’ tree rising to $400 this year it just made sense to try an artificial one

This is our third Christmas having this tree. We’ve just used the lights at night for the month of December but this year, over 200 bulbs have burned out that I’ve replaced and I still cannot get the entire tree to light up. I’m very disappointed with the quality. I shouldn’t have to replace every single bulb on the tree after just two Christmas seasons of use.
