A great tree for an unbelievable price

This is a really nice fake tree for the price. It definitely takes a bit of fluffing to make the tree look full, but if you've got the patience for that, the finished product comes out really nice. The branches are abundant and easy to manipulate for ornaments. It was super easy to assemble too.

BE CAREFUL FOR FUSED LIGHT, my product was delivered on 09/20 and I just put it up and it has fused lights. I reached out to customer service for help and they refused saying too much time has elapsed. Excuse me, it’s been less than 45 days? You would think since I spent over $400 on this tree they would offer more help. Don’t waste your money at Joss & Main and buy directly from the website as they have better customer service to assist their customers.

This tree was the perfect size and shape.

Surprisingly good quality, I’ve been getting a real Xmas tree for years, and with the price of a 9’-10’ tree rising to $400 this year it just made sense to try an artificial one

This is our third Christmas having this tree. We’ve just used the lights at night for the month of December but this year, over 200 bulbs have burned out that I’ve replaced and I still cannot get the entire tree to light up. I’m very disappointed with the quality. I shouldn’t have to replace every single bulb on the tree after just two Christmas seasons of use.

It is lovely and ease to assemble. Was concerned about going with a “fake” tree but this tree is beautiful!!!

Definitely worth the money. It is important that you take the extra time to spread EVERY individual wire branch because it really makes a difference. it looks a little bit sparse without anything on it so i do recommend some extra ornaments for this tree, but compared to the other similar ones on the market for more than 3x the price, i’m definitely pleased with my purchase.

This was our first year purchasing a tree for our home. My only complaint is that it was shorter than anticipated- and a bit sparse, but I think if we’d spent more time floofing the branches- it would’ve been perfect! Once decorated, we were beyond pleased with our purchase. Subtracted one star for height - we both expected a taller tree; ours measured at 6’ 2” - when we ordered the 6’ 6” option.

The tree is a lot smaller than what I thought it would be. It's just OK.
