What a perfect tree! Has a natural look but what I really love is how easy it went together. Looks wonderful in my home. Kudos Joss and Main!

Assembly was easy and after “fluffing” the branches, the tree posed a very full natural appearance. My disappointment was that one of the light strands does not light up, even after trying the troubleshooting directions. I am keeping it because it’s too much trouble/ cumbersome to return, and I’m hoping I can find a light strand to add.

Tree arrived according to notice but lower branch lights did not work. Contacted national tree and they advised they would send a string to get us through Christmas. Then we could package tree and return it at company expense for repair. Frustrating to us because the reason for the purchase was to not have to string lights. Gentleman who took our call and was very nice but we felt tree should have been checked before shipping.

Great shape and fullness. Might need some extra lights but overall a great purchase.

Just beautiful and perfect size!!

We just put up the tree tonight and it’s one of the fullest artificial Christmas trees I’ve seen. I would recommend this tree to anyone and can’t explain how beautiful it is. It’s worth every penny!! Just beautiful.

Did have issue with a section of lights, discovered bulb was broken, replaced and problem solved. Takes time and patience, but tree is pretty realistic-very pleased.

This tree is gorgeous. It was totally fuller than I expected and just the right amount of lights. I replaced a 10 foot tree this year and I’m so pleased with this choice.
