My tree lights don’t work and it was too late before Xmas to send back. I need a complaint number to call. Now they are telling me replacement part has been discontinued. This tree isn’t cheap and the lights don’t work!!!! Slow response from seller. Linda

I rated this tree 4 stars because for an artifical it seems good. This is my 1st artifical and prefer real trees therefore, am not 100% happy. The positives is the height and size is great, and love not having to water or vacuum pine needles. The width is decent but not as wide as a real 9 foot Noble but makes it easier to plug into the outlet. It took me approx 4.5 hours or so to fluff, advice is to wear a long sleeve while fluffing to avoid scratches. Also, plug in first to make sure all the lights work before you fluff to avoid extra work. I plugged in before I fluffed but afterward still found a strand that was damaged on the string but was able to repair. I have heavy ornaments and this tree seems to hold adequately. 1 negative and why I almost returned is that depending on what direction the light shines you can see the gaps in the tree. This may be consistent with other artifical but my 1st experience and bothers me. But I am a tree snob and may not be a big deal. Overall for an artifical tree I feel this is a nice tree
