This tree is absolutely beautiful. It does not however not have stay-lit lights as it was advertised (would have received a 5 if it did). It is very much a realistic looking tree and, asyou can see, holds a lot of ornaments!

I was nervous about the spend and I’m so happy because it really paid off. It is heavy so it’s a two person job to set it up… I called my neighbor for help… It’s a beautiful investment and so easy to decorate even with mostly just a cheap box of supermarket ribbons because the realism of the branches and the sparkling lights alone are fantastic.

So sad. I ordered this tree in July. I just set it up (end of November) and discovered many lights are not working. I should have checked it when I got it. Customer support said there is nothing they can do because it was not reported within 30 days. I understand that, but also Joss and Main should not send out defective products. Be very wary when ordering. I'm very very sad and disappointed.

OK, I’m a designer by trade and a real estate agent. I tried to cancel this tree because I said to myself do I really need a $350 Christmas tree and I was too late to cancel it then I said to myself OK I’ll just take it out of the box and see if I want to keep it. If not, I’ll send it back. It is the most beautiful tree. It looks real. My daughter came in and said that looks real. it’s better than my fake tree. I wish I had that tree. I am so thankful that I kept it. It is amazing. You will not be disappointed in any way shape or form of this tree. It has enough spaces that you can put all your favorite ornaments and they’re going to be seen. I kept the white lights on and then put regular Christmas lights in between and all my ornaments you need to buy this tree and I never write reviews, but this tree deserves one.. Karen. Carlsbad, CA.
