I am absolutely pleased with this tree! I was hesitant to order an artificial tree online because I wasn’t sure if the quality . I usually do real trees but the prices are ridiculous. I have to say that I made the right decision! I just added lights and will decorate it tomorrow. If you’re on the fence about getting this tree, I say just do it! You won’t be disappointed!!

The tree is nice but it was missing the piece the top fit into. I tried contacting customer service through the text feature. Someone started to help but after I mentioned the problem, they said they were looking into it but never got back with me.

Easy to construct, takes some work fluffing all the branches. Great for apartments or small spaces since it's not very wide at the bottom. I got a 6 ft tree and it's probably a couple inches shorter. I wish I had gotten a 7 ft tree, it would have easily fit in the apartment without taking up too much space.
