Second section of the tree didn’t work. Customer service was helpful and sent another tree out. Second section of that tree also didn’t work. Disappointed in the tree but happy with their customer service. They sent us a label to return it through FedEx and promptly issued a refund. However reboxing it and taking it to FedEx was very difficult for us because the tree was so heavy. Fed ex said they received other trees that day, too.

Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. Delivered several days late by FedEx due to "weather", while a bunch of UPS packages arrived fine; then, after putting it together, we found multiple strings of lights out, with one oddly flickering on. After 3 hours troubleshooting (there ARE a lot of lights, so I'm sure it's lovely when they work), we gave up & are returning, even though it's costing $31 for the privilege. Will try buying another tree from a more reputable place - you get what you pay for, even though it wasn't cheap at $220! Just putting up my old tree with the individual, not pre-lit branches again this year. Ugh!

Love this tree! This is my first year switching to an artificial tree, and I love the realistic look of these pine needles. The tree was easy to assemble, full, and looks amazing. During the day it’s a little easier to see that it’s artificial but at night you could never tell. So glad I made this purchase!

I got sent. The wrong tree. Mine is a white steady light only when it was supposed to be multicolor. However, I am still happy with the tree, it is absolutely beautiful and full. The Wayfair team was very helpful and gave me a 20% discount for the mistake.

Very full. Looks real after much fluffing. Note the size As it is tall and a wide bottom. Lots of lights and I am picky about that. Looks staci g!!
